How Does Scheduling Coverage Work?

Submit your request → Discuss your needs → Complete your agreements → Confirm your coverage
Submit your Coverage Request
Submitting your request with your preferred date and schedule, then we’ll discuss your practice needs, including your expected patient volume and any specific office requirements
Complete the Coverage Agreement and BAA
Once your coverage details are confirmed, you’ll receive the required Coverage Agreement and HIPAA Business Associate Agreement for review and completion.
Confirming Coverage
Finalize the coverage date, schedule, and remaining details so everything is in place for your coverage day.
